These are just a few of the great places to stay in Croatia. Please carefully check the map for all accommodation, especially in the Old Town areas, to ensure you are booking the right accommodation for you. Many towns and areas have similar names and not all accommodation is centrally located in the old town areas. If you do book accommodation inside a pedestrian zone (old town area), then please note that transfers cannot pick you up directly and you must meet them at a pre-arranged location outside the zone. Please check carefully if you have mobility issues as not all hotels have elevators to the higher floors, and porterage isn’t always guaranteed to be available. Not all hotel rooms have mini-bars or tea/coffee making facilities, so please check everything before you book.
You can also book your own ferries and buses to get around cheaply by using the free information pages we have added to our site: https://discovercroatia.com.au/ferries/ and https://discovercroatia.com.au/bus/.
This information is for those travellers who need some advice, but do not wish to use our paid planning service or to book through us. Please respect our time and help yourself to all the free information we have provided here. Thank you.

This information is for those travellers who do not wish to pay to use our planning service, or who do not wish to book through us. Please respect our time and help yourself to all the free information we have here about Croatia accommodation and ferries if you aren’t looking to book with a travel advisor. Thank you.

If you wish to book with us for accommodation, ferries and transfers, please look at our Island Hopping Package Tours here or our Private Tours here.
If you would like us to help you with your itinerary before you book your accommodation we are happy to help and charge an itinerary planning fee (which needs to be paid upfront). We know that some clients prefer just a little help along the way, and some clients prefer for us to make all their arrangements. We are flexible with this, and as such, we now offer an itinerary planning service as well.
A minimum 1 hour service fee of $100 is charged for basic itinerary planning (which needs to be paid in advance). Any further planning fees will be discussed at the end of this time. We do provide a lot of free information on our website for clients who want to make their own accommodation, bus and train bookings. However, we cannot provide a free itinerary planning service for travellers who have not already booked a holiday through us. We hope you understand this is necessary to ensure that we can continue with our business.
If you utilise our Itinerary Planning Service, we offer you recommendations on accommodation and transport as well as plan out your day to day activities and travel. You can make the bookings directly yourself. The itinerary planning fee must be paid in advance by credit card, please ask us to send you the secure payment link.
If you decide in the end to book your holiday through us, then the itinerary planning fee will be deducted from the final cost of your holiday. We just want to ensure that we are spending our time with clients who do actually wish to pay for our services.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
